Source for original inventory was given as set instructions. Therefore, submitter could not have known whether 4032 or 4032b was included. Numerous changes have already been made to this inventory to correct errors.
The year 2011 is currently the last year for 4032b and this set is one of only 4 sets in which it appeared that year.
Additionally, a sealed set appears to show that 4032 was included instead of 4032b. This can be seen here:

No source is given for the existing inventory which includes a total of 6 legs. Peeron's inventory lists 6 legs also and the source is given as instructions.
However, the instructions only show a total of 5 legs (3 for the horse and 2 for minifigures). In the absence of any evidence from an actual set and because of the likelihood that BL/Peeron inventory sources were set instructions, I am changing the count of legs to match the count shown in the instructions. Note that Brickset's inventory currently shows only 5 legs.
