I think I've decided that when it comes to TLG there are no rules.

Total Anarchy. I just opened MISB and built the Detective's Office
a few weeks ago. My extras don't agree with BrickLink or Rebrickable.
While I agreed with 2 extra Red
I also have 2 extra
and 3 extra
I have the ability to note any differences in my personal inventory at Rebrickable.
It's up to you if you want to change the set to reflect this at BrickLink.

Comments from Submitter:
Source for original inventory was given as set instructions. Therefore, submitter could not have known whether 4032 or 4032b was included. Numerous changes have already been made to this inventory to correct errors.
The year 2011 is currently the last year for 4032b and this set is one of only 4 sets in which it appeared that year.
Additionally, a sealed set appears to show that 4032 was included instead of 4032b. This can be seen here:
