| All that I am suggesting for this is that I think it would be nice if there
was a tab in Stud.io to request new parts to be added in upcoming updates. I
don't know how plausible or logical this request is, or if I just accidentally
suggested something that is way too big or hard to do.

| Is there a quick way to delete recently ordered/ received items from a wanted
list?
I know there's that button towards the end of an invoice to "add back" items
to a wanted list, but I can't find a quick way to tick off purchased items
from a wanted list.

| Hello Everyone,
I'm looking for some help with an issue. This is my first time posting in
the discussion so I'm not sure if I will do everything correctly. I placed
an order from Blake_Files, store name Awesome Express, https://store.bricklink.com/Blake_Files#/shop
for 55 series 11 blind minifigure bags sealed at $5.94 each. It was a great price
which is why I purchased them all.

The seller filed a false OCR stating that he didn't have the inventory. Five
days later all the minifigure bags were reposted in his store as opened/verified
at a much higher cost than what each bag was listed for. Obviously he didn't
want to sell the items for what he had them posted and decided to cancel my order
and repost for more money.
What can I do to file a complaint against this seller or have them removed from
selling on Bricklink? Any help is much appreciated.

| I'm in the process of obtaining the 67890 parts I need for a massive cathedral
model (yes, that is the part count, it was deliberately engineered to that number
with the help of my 7-year-old daughter who's a maths genius and found hitting
that number exactly to be hilarious, but I digress...)
I'm trying to get the parts I need for the stained glass windows, and finding
obtaining some of the colours hit and miss. For example, I ordered 2 trans neon
orange 1x1 bricks from a store recently and was sent plain trans orange instead.
Similarly with ordering some trans medium blue and receiving trans light blue.
I know there are colour variances, but holding up the incorrectly sent parts
to the light with the ones I've already got it's very obvious they're
different. I want to send photos however to show the sellers the difference -
but the photos don't show the difference that clearly (I don't have a
light box)...
I'm also being stymied with this because I get refunds but then have to try
to find the parts in other stores and having to pay a ton more in shipping costs
for only a small number of parts - or finding stores that have them with large
minimum buys and not much by way of other parts I need for this or other models.
The stores that have these parts are not in Australia and postage to here is
awful.
Any thoughts on how I could handle this better? Should I insist that the sellers
resend with correct parts? Do I need to send them photos or should my word be
enough (bearing in mind that it's probable that it's an honest categorisation
mistake by people who may not be able to tell the difference in their parts rooms
or whatever and entirely probable that the mistake was made some time ago with
things being put in the incorrect tray/drawer)?

| Hello,
I got a neutral feedback left to me by a repeat customer. It was an accident
as the feedback simply says "Fast shipping, thanks!"
What should I do about this? It doesn't say anything about this in the feedback
removal rules, and I opened a request a couple days ago and it's still sitting.
If you have any advice or information, it would be greatly appreciated!
