Hi there,

I have 2 orders which need to be cancelled as I keep getting alerts that I havent
despatched the items yet. The buyers have been refunded but I just dont seem
to be able to cancel them. Any help would be much appreciated? I have entered
the order number on the page shown in the attachment but the next page just tells
me to contact the buyer. Which I already done. Regards, Brian

On the orders page, can you change the status back to unpaid? You might need
to change status back one step at a time.
