What you are looking for is now in your individual shipping methods. You need
to add the country to each method you want available for them.

Hi Jen, thanks for that, I've tried your suggestion, but my screen looks
different to yours. I've only got 3 options, Weight Band Price Band & Flat
Rate, I can't do what you've done.
Why have Bricklink messed things up so much?

The other options are only for USA sellers.
My manual invoice option is like this:
PD: Onsite paypal is just the payment method used to pay, it can be used on both
Instant Checkout orders and on Manual Invoice orders.

Yep, thats the screen I get. So how do I add Canada to countries I ship to?
