| Not sure if this is the right category for this message but I just received an
order for something that is larger the lettermail, but Bricklink classified it
as lettermail. I have instructed the customer that this isn't possible, and
I don't expect for there to be problem there, but I am wondering who to contact
so the classification for that item can be changed so people in the future don't
have the same issue?
Thanks for your help.

You can set a max size restriction in your shipping settings.

| Yes I am aware of this, and have done that on the past. The issue is not with
my settings. The item in question says the incorrect dimensions. I am wondering
who I can talk to about changing the dimensions.
Thanks.
Jonathan.

You don’t need to talk to anyone, just fill in a change request.
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogReq.asp
You can also enter your own dimensions in your inventory if it is causing an
issue still.
