is there any way to appeal or remove negative feedback from seller wwho only
gives you negative feedback out of retaliation to his.
I appreciate i have a one sided view on this situation but am willing and confident
to let bricklink review it and make a call on it.

you can request to have it removed

which isn't on the list so your request will most likely be rejected
