About a week or so ago I changed the image for item 850258 by submitting
the same image, but color-corrected by me. After they eventually did change to
the color-corrected image, it still lists the image submitter as 'Mbsteinekiste'.
It says in the rules that color-corrected images are allowed, but it doesn't
say whether or not they keep the original submitter's username. Is keeping
it on purpose?
Thanks, emmetguy222

(Attached is the ORIGINAL, NON-CORRECTED IMAGE taken by Mbsteinekiste.)

You should not take another submitter's image, edit it, and upload it yourself.
No matter how much it needs editing. If this were possible, there would be no
dust or lint on any image on BrickLink because I would fix it.

You are only allowed free use of the images from LEGO.
