My store has been suspended for 3 or more completed NSS, I have looked at the
cancelled orders and can only find 1. I have confirmation the parcel was sent
and delivered how do I send proof of purchase to the help desk? I have also
refunded the person. The order was placed by a new Bricklink member and they
where very aggressive via communications

Your overall praise rating is 98.20% which is rather low for a seller with 5825
orders.

This means that you have had 104 orders where something was wrong and you got
neutral or negative feedback.

So I'm not surprised, but of course I don't know the details. As a buyer
I would hesitate to buy from a shop that has less than 99% positive feedback.

2550 feedback on 5825 orders is a very low feedback percentage, 44%.

My store has 1763 orders with 1350 feedback, that is 77% of buyers who left me
positive feedback. I have 0% negatives and 0% neutrals.

This store has serious problems that they need to address.

Which directly goes against bricklink terms since they say they don’t even separate
out bite marks… yikes
