Sorry if this has been asked elsewhere - first time I've used Forum.

I purchased Venetian Houses via crowdfunding in 2021/2022. The QR code never
worked to download instructions. I contacted Bricklink as advised by LEGO.com
- it was four months before anyone even replied, and no help at all re QR code.
I eventually had to find pdf on my own.

I want to buy Parisian Street but how do I trust that I'll be able to access
pdf and QR building instructions.
