Store: BRICKMALAGA
I used to sell and I was a verified seller, this past January in Spain, they
asked me for a new data update and they approved me again, I have complete step
1, step 2 as well and the third approved. I made some sales and people stopped
buying from me, an Italian told me that my store had a bug, so I closed it and
couldn't reopen it, I got this message "Your store will remain closed
until new seller verification process is completed" And I am verified, I
send messages to bricklink and they don't answer me, I need help, they have
already ruined 2 months of sales for me...

Are you able to become a seller is you have your buying privileges revoked? I'm
guessing due to 3 NPBs?

Yes, you can. Just like some buyers can be suspended sellers.

Of course, whether someone will want to buy from a store where they are banned
from buying is another matter. Just like whether they will buy frm a store with
significant negative feedback. It will probably put some but not all customers
off.
