I had a buyer who purchased 15x 4073 (New) in pearl dark grey (PDG). He sent
me a message today said I had supplied black instead of PDG. I checked my inventory
& I only have PDG in the drawer so I'm confident order was correct. I asked
him to check as difference between black & PDG is subtle. No it is black (offered
to provide photo).
My attitude is no point arguing over a few cents. I source my new parts from
unopened sets or directly from Lego so I can't offer the buyer anything else.
Automatic refund for the item.
Sorrry but both colors can be very good differentiated for the part 4073.
Ask for photos of your part and the same part in black.

I'm interested in other seller's experiences.
Thanks in advance.

It would be interesting to see what photo he sends.
Did you check their feedback to see whether they are contesting similarly difficult
colors?
If they are, perhaps you should stop list them to prevent further issues.
