| I have listed an item: Millennium Falcon Holiday Diorama 40658-1 (Original Box
Entry).
A buyer has purchased it, however has been calculated as UK 2nd class large letter.
T
The listed dimensions 26 x 19 x 6 cm are outside that of a Large Letter, even
if flattened it is 37.5 x 24.5 x 1 which is still not valid.
How can this be reported/changed?

It looks like the packing volume dimensions (as opposed to the size) are incorrect.
When added to a store, it comes up as volume bound but with a size of 32cm by
25cm by 0.5cm. Either put 6cm in that last box or change it to manual only.

Thanks yorbrick for the reply. I am not sure how to do the above.
I cannot see any volume dimensions to change in either the catalogue entry or
my store inventory.

You need to select the option to display weight and dimensions in the store settings:
management tab.

If you go here https://www.bricklink.com/v2/mystore/management.page
there is a setting called something like enable packing dimensions. If that is
turned on, then you get to enter your own dimensions. Of course it is better
if they are correct for everyone, but this is a quick way to override incorrect
data. It is also a good way to stop easily damaged thin parts (like baseplates)
being flagged as large letters.

| Thank you joesecc and yorbrick for the help, will update that
for some of the other boxes as it looks like some of the other listings have
a similar problem.
