| Maybe someone can help me. I have filled out the form for the store verification
and submitted all requested documents.
The page says that the verification process should take 1-3 days.
I am waiting for 10 days already.
I have tried to contact Bricklink through the chat -- No reply
I have tried to contact Bricklink by email -- No reply
I don't know what to do anymore. Can anybody help?

Nope, unfortunately it’s not

No you have to UNLOCK it yourself.
You have 2 green blocks showing your status as a buyer and seller are oke!

Change the PW in the store settings?
Click the OPEN switch in the store settings
Screen shot shows my settings, what does yours say?

It's not there!
This is a password for buyers in case YOU closed the shop while leaving access
with a password.
You have to open it here:
