If this isn't the right place, I apologize.

I have one of the 2003 radio control sets - 8376 Hot Flame - and it is not working.
As far as I can tell, the parts don't have any indication if they are powered
up at all. (am I missing something?)

Is there any way to test the individual parts ie the transmitter and the receiver
etc to see what's wrong? Or do I just have to purchase each piece new and
see what happens?
