| Mass Store Inventory Upload creates new lots with the "Consolidate lots by
using:" checked.
Tried a few different options, Stockroom Items & Retain After Sold Out checkboxes
work as expected.

Have you tried with only one item you know you have in stock and should consolidate
and if it matches with this:
"BrickLink determines that the item that is in your inventory is the same
as one you are uploading when the following attributes of the items are the same:
Color
Catalog Item Number
Comments
Condition
Sub-Condition
Reserved for Username
Item is not part of a Super Lot
Concatenating My Remarks - If you select this option and already have remarks
on an existing item, the system appends your new remarks to the old remarks separated
by a comma."
