| Hey guys,
i am pretty new as a seller on Bricklink and i have the Problem, that one customer
bought a Set but did that by accident. I refunded the Set but now the status
of our transaction is still at "Paid", should i just switch it to complete?
Or do i have to do something else the close that case and get my Set back to
my Inventory?

Hallo Max,
hast du den Betrag über das Bricklinksystem erstattet oder einfach direkt per
Paypal zurückgezahlt? Im ersten Fall wird Dir die Gebühr erstattet und eventuell
angefallene Steuern, die Bricklink gefordert hat, zahlt Bricklink zurück und
der Bearbeitungsstatus müßte wieder auf "Pending" zurückgehen bzw. von
Dir verändert wertden können. Im zweiten Fall wirst du vorerst auf diesen Kosten
sitzen bleiben und du kannst den Bearbeitungsstatus nicht verändern. In beiden
Fällen mußt du dann einen "OCR" durchführen um die Order zu stornieren.
Dazu mußt du BL nachweisen, daß du das Geld zurückerstattet hast.
