| Hello
I had a buyer ask me to cancel his order. I had already packed it and bought
the shipping label
He agreed to have only the parts refunded, but after I refunded the parts I can't
cancel the order because I haven't sent all the money back so I can't
set the status to Not Yet Paid
What can I do?
The order is less than 1€ in parts and 6.5€ in shipping!

| Most shipping companies (at least here in Canada) offer to cancel and refund
shipping labels so maybe you can do that and then fully refund the order

| Thank you Nubs, I did that.
If I'm correct, according to Briclink's TOS, not wanting the parts anymore
is not a valid reason to ask for cancellation.
Is it common amongst sellers to accept it anyway?
To me it's no big deal as it's the first time it happens, but I would
hate it to become a common thing

| It’s not a super common thing for buyers to request to cancel an order but not
exceedingly rare. In general if the buyer is nice about it the seller will cancel
the order but if not and the buyer didn’t make the payment the seller will usually
file a npb

Hi!
I'm not sure why you wish to cancel the order after having refunded the shipping.
It's already VERY kind from the buyer to accept to lose this much 
If you don't cancel the full order, on a 1€ order you're losing... 3
cents of BrickLink fees... so why would you bother

| I don't know, I probably overthink it, like with every new experience in
the shop!
Wouldn't it keep popping up every time I use mass drive thru, unless I set
it to sent (which it is not) or completed (which it is not either)
