Can anyone help ID this part because it does not have a number on it. On the
back, it looks like the numbers were glued or burn off at some point. The marks
are precise so perhaps this was done in the factory?

Yep that's the correct part number. I remember having that Universal Motor
Set too. Wow, I'm old
