Are other stores still having PayPal checkout errors?

All of my last 5 buyers have used Stripe, which is unusual, so I am not sure
if PayPal is still glitching.

Don’t think so. These are payment methods buyers have used at my store the past
several days. Most are still paypal

Yes, I bought from a seller via Paypal yesterday, and for some reason my order
didn't process properly on Bricklink, with my cart still unpaid for on the
site and no receipt or confirmation of order from the Bricklink site. I received
2 emails from Paypal: one saying that my payment was not processed, and the other
with a receipt for the payment. Now I'm trying to sort out the issue with
the seller.
Normally this kind of thing never happens with orders I make to sellers, but
seems like I was one of the unlucky few.
