I emailed the help desk about this but they are busy making sure everyone regains
access to the site and they said they can't help with my request.

I have received two messages from potential buyers asking if I sell to their
state even though I thought I have my shipping set to all of the US.

When I viewed my store not logged in, it said it didn't ship to my state.

Can you help me sort out my shipping settings?

You will need to add one form of ON-SITE payment method like PayPal.
