I have first time a difficult situation as a buyer. I tried to make an order
in the shop "volume discounts" but then realized they blocked me. I contacted
the shop asking what's the issue and they just replied I'm kind of blocked
automatically by them. They were very rude and not willing to solve it or explain.
How should I approach this situation? Give them negative feedback?
