Hello again
My store was one of few stores that have been hacked.
So, I have received the email that my store is still closed and I needed to fill
out some verification form, which I did.
So, my question here is: for how long will I wait now?
I have also sent email to customer service and the mail can't be sent (it
was blocked).

Any similar experiences? I know that I can't do nothing but wait and that
is frustrating for me. My customers still waiting and I can't reach them
because my store is not opened and I can't log in.

Any help would be useful.

Thank you!

Exactly my point. The compromised stores whose owners are readily available to
examine the aftermath seem not to be a priority for BrickLink.
Besides suspending Dusan's store, Bricklink has administratively closed four
other Serbian stores which were NOT compromised, but had a history of closure
in the recent months (basically sellers went for a summer break and returned
shortly). Those store owners are now locked out of their stores even though they
got no suspension. All while America went to sleep. Not nice at all.

I guess they must improve support center (maybe to always have someone online
who can help people). I assume they are having many emails to answers, but they
must be faster. Even when I was hacked at first I have waited almost 5 hours
for respond.

I will contiune to wait, I can't do anything else...

Yes, I have seen that other 5-6 stores from Serbia are also closed.
I hope we all will be back on the track soon.

Yes, we all understand that the BrickLink-Support is US-Based, so it can't
work 24/7. But hopefully they might give a priority to the eastern side of Atlantic
today, because we are already losing another workday today...

Luckily the helpdesk recently received a major update. Before some message would
get lost and the average response time was multiple weeks but now it’s only several
days on the high end and often less

True, it's not that bad, a hacked store received full support within 5 hours,
but now there is administrative overload on customer service: store owners who
didn't score ANY fradulent activity are locked out based on a set of criteria
that might include being closed for vacation in August or earlier.
So the criteria for locking out sellers were set relatively broad, so customer
service still can't look into relatively clean cases after 24 hours. For
some Bricklink partners, business is completely down days longer than for the
rest of us!

BrickLink has flooded its own customer service by setting the criteria for singling
the stores out for the review too broad. It's easy to relativize from the
position of unblocked store, while other business are still locked out! 25% of
active stores in some countries.

On Monday, while everything was down, bigger business were mad asking if they
have to dismiss their staff for the week. No one had guts to answer them with
'hopes'. Some sellers are still bleeding as now, without any wrongdoing/being
hacked.

The second business day of relaunched Bricklink is reaching the end. Locked-out
sellers have filled out the verification forms in the first hours after relaunch.
Yet all the cases known to me remain locked out. Not only the hacked stores,
but also many other stores in their vicinity, who had absolutely no trouble and
no suspicious activity, except for having weak passwords and/or innocently closing
a few months ago for a short holiday break.

Some of the Bricklink partners are on their way to remain out of business for
the whole week. How about some statement from customer service, are there any
prospects of moving forward?
