A new buyer (green hat, zero feedback) placed a large order (400+ items), and
when I went to send photos of the order to their email address prior to shipping
(which I do for all new buyers and for expensive orders/items), the email address
was not valid.
I have messaged the buyer asking for a valid email address prior to shipping
the order.
It is in my terms that a buyer has to have a valid email address and shipping
address.
Am I right to be concerned and to require this?
