Have a tyre similar to

 
Part No: 3483 Name: Tire 24mm D. x 8mm Offset Tread - Interior Ridges

Parts: Wheel, Tire & Tread

and

 
Part No: 61254 Name: Tire 24mm D. x 7mm Offset Tread - Band Around Center of Tread
* 		61254 Tire 24mm D. x 7mm Offset Tread - Band Around Center of Tread
Parts: Wheel, Tire & Tread

Circumference is almost the same 24mm, but width is about 9mm

It has offset tread - no centre band, and no internal ridges

Any ideas
