don't think so as I've washed many and didn't have issues and they
are sealed quite tight so water cant really get in

   the _boyz_bricks if anything electronic has a circuit I wouldn’t not wash them and you might blow something inside like say a smd surface mounted device that works together in the electric circuit board and word for circuit board in printed means pcb printed circuit board I won’t get any water near it and I just wipe it with dry cloth or wet so the water doesn’t get in the unit inside
