| I’d like to mention that I’ve had some members be very kind, I won’t mention
who or why but they know who they are.

As have I, though fewer than I would have hoped. I've had a few not so great
experiences before and I always try to be one of those really pleasant people.
I'm not sure if I've succeeded though.
