| Can I make two different invoices, one for domestic and one for international?
I see domestic buyers sometimes pay via PayPal as it's in our invoice. But
we force them (as in no other option) to use IBAN as it's free and common
in The Netherlands. PayPal always has additional costs and on small orders it
makes you might even lose money on it.

On this page https://www.bricklink.com/v2/mystore/payments.page make sure that
Domestic PayPal is not selected.
Under Offsite Payments, make sure that Domestic is selected for IBAN.
Add the Macro Tags as shown in the picture to the default invoice template. The
Invoice template can be found here: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/mystore/message_templates.page
PAYMENTTYPE-EQ:18 is IBAN
PAYMENTTYPE-EQ:27 is PayPal onsite
Further payment types can be found here https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=662
BL will use the Macro Tag to only show the payment instruction related to the
payment type.
Domestic buyers will then only have IBAN as a payment choice and International
will only have PayPal onsite.
You can test to see if these settings work, by clicking on the invoice button
on old orders. Just don't send the invoice again.
Let us know if it works for you.

No you can't make 2 different invoices.
But you can use macro tags to send different texts for different options.
1 text for Domestic buyers and 1 for International.
And/or different texts for payment types.
See https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=661 for a list of macro tags (not
all usable in invoice).
I made my invoice so that Dutch buyers get Dutch texts with IBAN info, or PayPal
info, depending on the payment option.
And the same for international buyers.
To see if the texts are correct I fiddled around with received orders, for test
changing payment options on them, click on the invoice button and see what is
says (and not really sending the invoice)
If you would like my example than send me a message
