| I am really thinking about selling out my whole store, at least the parts side
of it, I want to sell the organization, Parts, Bins, and extra shipping supplies
all in one go. I was wondering if something like that would interest you. My
bypass password for my store is #LEGO.
I am in the process of going through some very large life changes. I am looking
at the possibility of selling my whole store with inventory, storage, packaging
material, and unsorted bulk. I have 70,138 items in (10,692) lots with a total
value of $7,055.18. I would be willing to add the sets and figures into a bulk
sale too, they have a value of roughly $1700.
I have had my store shut down for about a month, and I if can get a reasonable
offer on everything and just clear up the space and the added stress in my life
it would be very good for me. I also have some bulk sets that need rebuilt, some
parts that need finalized with sorting, and about $300-$500 of bags and bubble
mailers.

I have loved my time here, and if my store does not sell, I will most likely
keep it or do a slow sell off, but as of right now I don't want to come home
from work, and work
more.
Total value is Average price + 10% for the parts, they sell very well at these
prices and sell pretty fast.
As far as sales go I would say between 20-30 sales each month, normally closer
to 30. As far as the value of the sale sometimes they are $200, sometimes they
are $8, so it just depends. I think If you just want the parts, and the assorted
bins that they go into, I could do around 2.8x, so roughly $2500. Sets and figures
would be a different percent along with sets, as they are easy to sell. I also
have a ton of legos that need to be sorted, that we could negotiate the price
on also.
