You sure have a lot of individually listed used animals with similar or identical
descriptions with one or two minor condition differences.

Perhaps you should consolidate the used condition so that all animals fitting
one condition are in one listing. It would make it easier for buyers to buy if
they really wanted to purchase more than one animal. The way you're listing
them skews the views on the "Animal, Land" section and fills up the listings
with lots of identical animals.

This, to me, is off-putting. How do I know which "excellent condition"
animal will match with which one you really sent me?

It would be better for you to consolidate them and just add a note on description
stating that condition of animals is similar but not identical. You could also
have two separate listings, one for the condition of the animals with a similar
condition, and one each for the different conditions you have.

Just my 2c worth.

Cheers ...

Hi,
Thankyou for your feedback and we will take this into consideration going forwards.

Each of our lots are stored individually which means which ever item you select
is the item you will receive.

We list items individually due to the fact we have found that our customers have
exceptional eyes for detail and want to know exactly what they are buying, we
aim to mention any imperfections an item may have so that our customers can buy
with confidence.

If your ever not sure about an item you can always message us and ask for images
and our team would be more then happy to send some over

I hope this answers your queries, if you have anymore we will do our best to
answer them

We hope you have a good evening and weekend.

That's not the problem, at least not as I see it. Take the polar bears you
have listed, all I see is one in "Excellent" condition, and the rest
in "Good" condition, with the default BrickLink catalog image for each
one. So how do I determine which one to buy? There's no way for me to know
what to expect from each listing.

You could go to the trouble of photographing each listing individually from multiple
angles, but for a few pounds I don't see what benefit that would give you,
it'd only be time consuming.

Some of the "Good" condition polar bears are even priced higher than
the "Excellent" condition listings. What exactly is 1p extra in cost
to me supposed to mean?

I repeat, you would be better off just consolidating the listings and adding
a note on them.

Again, just my 2c worth. Is it really worth the effort for me to go and track
down images for a few GBP worth of animals so you can make 1p worth of profit?
I think not.

I sometimes will buy a few of a particular item if it's in used condition,
and just pick the best for what I want, and leave the rest in the background,
where it's not going to matter. It's been a while since I tried to make
a model scene, didn't have a lot to worry about, didn't photograph anything,
since at the time I was just completing a set I'd purchased. It doesn't
matter to me in today's world if I need a few extra animals to recreate a
good experience of assembling a set.

Cheers ...
