Hello,

I am in the process of going through some very large life changes. I am looking
at the possibility of selling my whole store with inventory, storage, packaging
material, and unsorted bulk. I have 70,138 items in (10,692) lots with a total
value of $7,055.18. I would be willing to add the sets and figures into a bulk
sale too, they have a value of roughly $1700.

I have had my store shut down for about a month, and I if can get a reasonable
offer on everything and just clear up the space and the added stress in my life
it would be very good for me. I also have some bulk sets that need rebuilt, some
parts that need finalized with sorting, and about $300-$5900 of bags and bubble
mailers. If something like this interests any potential. buyers out there my
store Bypass password is #LEGO.

Feel free to message me and I will happily provide more details and we can start
to arrange a price.

Please no horrible lowball offers, I do understand I will be giving someone a
good deal when they buy all of it so they can make money, and where it will be
me more or less cutting even, and the other person making the money.

I have loved my time here, and if my store does not sell, I will most likely
keep it, but as of right now I don't want to come home from work, and work
more.

Thanks, Noah

How did you come up with the total value?

Do you have sales analytics to share? Monthly sales, average sale volumes, customer
loyalty, discounting impacts, promotions etc. Something to help the buyer predict
their return on investment.

Realistically there is no more potential money in the sale of the product than
the total value. So, what is a fair portion for the seller and buyer? The seller
has the advantage of selling everything in one transaction, while the buyer has
the work of numerous sales over years. The buyer has the entire risk of things
which do not sell after couple of years being a reasonable return on investment.
Buyer probably also pays shipping costs, coming out of total value. Because
the buyer has the risk and the work they deserve a share appropriate.

People seem to have widely different ideas of how the total value should be split
between seller and buyer. What do you consider horrible lowball offers?

Thanks

These are some great questions. Here are the answers friends.

Total value is Average price + 10% for the parts, they sell very well at these
prices and sell pretty fast.

As far as sales go I would say between 20-30 sales each month, normally closer
to 30. As far as the value of the sale sometimes they are $200, sometimes they
are $8, so it just depends. I think If you just want the parts, and the assorted
bins that they go into, I could do around 2.8x, so roughly $2500. Sets and figures
would be a different percent along with sets, as they are easy to sell. I also
have a ton of legos that need to be sorted, that we could negotiate the price
on also.

When I say no lowball offers, I just mean that I want serious buyers who ant
to make a business purchase, and not just trying to score a ridiculous deal.
