| As I try to extricate myself from the bonds I’ve builtup over 17 years dealing
on BL, it’s this type of exchange that are among the strongest gravitational
forces exerted, keeping me in place:
A member that we shorted a single brick, but gave her heads-up after finding
the brick on our order processing table and before she received the order, responded
with this feedback “Beyond amazing! Can't get any better than this store.
A++” Accompanied by the message "Don't worry about the missing
brick. Thanks for the headsup and professionalism"
Needless to say, she's getting a whole lot of extras on her next order
It is just such individuals that somehow makeup much of the membership here,
that's kept us here years beyond our intended departure... Don’t know why
exactly I’m posting this, other than to express out-loud, my continued admiration
of the BrickLink membership.

They're also wonderful as a buyer; I recall them being just so happy/kind
and you can tell that's just how they always are!
It's without a doubt that BL has the best community for a marketplace I've
ever seen. Clearly all true LEGO fans here

| I couldn't agree more. I got this feedback this morning and it cheered me
up:
"Thank you for being an awesome seller with an amazing collection. I'm
grateful"
You just need to remember that for every nitpicky or rude buyer out there, there
are 20 who are good people.
