Nope, but it's easy to make errors in your inventory when you are new to
this. Get used to double-checking all your work. Do you have duplicate lots?
Are you having trouble with third-party software?
If you are 'sure' you sold your last part and then it sells again the
next day, my experience tells me that the error was my inventory or my certainty.
