I'd see if they'd provide a photo of the receipt or something before
refunding the cost, not that these things don't happen, but if it was paid
for through PayPal, they usually notify you of a discrepancy and charge your
PayPal account instead of making the recipient pay for it
I've had it happen 3 times now that they legit charged the buyer. Sometimes
at the door, sometimes they refused to deliver.
