| Is anyone else from the US having postal delivery issues from Canada? Their
postal service has returned 5 of the last 6 we have sent. All of them had address
verified and sent back out only to be returned again. We haven't had a
problem ever with Canadian postal until now.

I had one package last year that went thru an intermediate destination go back
and forth across the border about 3 times before it was finally delivered.
But, I've been using Pirateship lately as I prefer to use direct labels and
have had no problems. Knock on wood.

Yeah we have never had a problem in all our years. But now all this all in 2
weeks. We use ShipStation which has been great, but this is on the CPS that
we are having issues with.

Any indication that these were returned to the sender because the sales taxes
assessed by Canadian customs were not paid?

No I think they would have noted that but anything is possible.

Yes it only says RTS, which I am assuming is return to sender. I have emailed
them and just waiting a response. So far nothing.

If Canada Post returned the packages, there should be a return reason marked
on them somewhere.
You should definitely open a chat with Canada Post, and see if there's anything
about the addresses that might be off. Ask your buyers to check from their end
if their address is correct or not.
You should also have a chat with your local Post Office, and see if they can
shed any light on why the packages are being returned.

you're not sending Lettermail with a stamp, right? These are items with proper
customs declarations?

Yes. This is all in the last 10 days. If it was from customs it would have
a notice from customs so not sure. We have sent out 100s of packages to Canada
and never once had a problem. Hopefully they will reach back out to me on this
matter.

Could you give some more details on the items shipped, how they were packaged,
did you print through Paypal's shipping, and any other information that could
help pinpoint the problem? Right off the top of my head, maybe sending in regular
envelope and/or first class mail instead of package rate for goods, improper
addressing on Paypal shipping forwarder service, could be others, details please.

might just be Canada post being Canada post again  they love saying packages
have insufficient postage even if they have enough and also like to return items
with no reason marked or if the reason is marked usually reshipping it out
the item still arrives so its a mystery but seems like Canada Post

I've had international orders (coming into Canada) get returned to sender
because when customs put a new shipping label on the package(when they decide
to collect taxes) they entered my address in wrong, causing it to be an undeliverable
package. Silly CP.
