| I may be a little slow on the updates because I'm not a big store, but I'd
like to insert my 2 cents. I HATE THE NEW FORM!! It doesn't allow me to personalize
my greeting, do a refund, or anything else. I can add the tracking number
& a short note if needed. I like the old form!! It was more like writing a friendly
note than an invoice. I could actually have a conversation with my customers!
How can I go back to using the old form?

I don't see it, don't know about it, never used anything new on BrickLink
since 2006.
All pages I use are https://www.bricklink.com/something but never /v2 or /v3
or such.
There must be an option somewhere to saty on the original pages, please try to
locate it in your settings, or order settings or wherever?
Otherwise some may know?

I don't see anything new either. Can you give us a clue with exactly what
form you are referring to?

I had the same issue and I contacted Help desk. They told me that unless you
are selling to a buyer where VAT is involved, you have to use the "classic"
form which basically is a slimmed down version. I just add my personal note to
the invoice and click send. It's kind of a pain as I cannot use a "custom"
invoice .
