| Ticket #28E-2C1E1E92-001C
Was opened June 15, 2023 with no responses received. I had checked a week ago
and I think it was still sitting on waiting for agent. I checked today (as it
was regarding an inquiry related to July 1st) and it's showing as closed.
No communication provided either that the ticket was closed via e-mail.
Does replying to a closed ticket re-open it, or is the process that we are to
put in a brand new ticket?

I answered my own question; I replied to the ticket with this thread and it went
back into Waiting for Agent (and received a response just now, although very
puzzling and contradictory to previous BL/Admin/Russell communications - that'll
possibly be a separate post).
