Can you clarify this further? There is neither a part nor a color, that I can
see, with "138" in it.

If this is not a BrickLink reference ID, you would have to properly map it to
the correct BrickLink reference ID, if one exists. Reference IDs from other sites
are not a BrickLink reference ID and are therefore not allowed unless mapped
to the corresponding BrickLink ID.

This is just my opinion, from what I can see in the BrickLink catalog by searching
for the numbers you gave above. If you mistyped a number that's okay.

138 is LEGO's ID for the color, "Sand Yellow". On Bricklink, that's
Dark Tan, 69.
