Hi,

I made a purchase and had received a package addressed to me but it had someone
else’s order. I got in contact with the seller who asked me to ship the package
to the correct recipient, I did so and provided the seller with the tracking
so they can let the other affected party know. The seller said they would refund
shipping costs and after an extra message they did.

My problem now is that it’s been over a week since the package was received on
my end and I still don’t have my order from the seller. I have messaged them
a few times and they keep promising they will giveme a tracking number and they
don’t. I am in the US and seller is in the US as well.

Do I keep contacting this seller in hopes that I get my package, or is there
anything else that I should do?

Was your order worth more than the one you received? As the receiver of your
order might not have much incentive to send it on.

It wasn’t. And based on what I received we weren’t purchasing anything remotely
close to our interest.

If the seller has not provided you a full refund for the order , file the NSS
- non shipping seller on Bricklink and then open a dispute with Paypal. It is
not the buyer's responsibility to send packages back or forward them on.
The seller should have provided return labels to each buyer to ship them back
to them and then they should reship. Asking the buyer to do it is ridiculous.

Thanks, I will attempt one final communication with them and if nothing is resolved
I will follow up with the NSS/Dispute.

Maybe they are trying to figure out where your order went. If they sent you someone
else's order, its a good chance they sent your order to them. And maybe the
other customer is not as understanding as you. That's not exactly an excuse
though. The seller should be communicating with you every step of the way.
