I have recieved and order request from my neighbour country to whom I do not
send at the moment (I did do so in the past) and have given him the bypass code
to order from a country u usually do not ship to.
However the option to enter this code does not pop up in his screen

Is this due to the VAT registration or any other thoughts?

He can add items. When I goes to pay, he can enter the code.
