| On March 18 I had an order placed on my store from a buyer from the Czech Republic.
An invoice went out and bricklink shows that it was paid. I did not receive any
money in the PayPal account that is linked to my account. In the meantime I have
received 2 domestic orders and both payments went right to my PayPal with no
issue. Has anyone else had this issue?

Check your PayPal account setting (within PayPal site), as there is a check box
to accept foreign currencies or not.

You have paypal (onsite) listed as your payment method. The payment, if the buyer
has paid it on the BrickLink site, as they're supposed to, should be processed
first, then once that is done, you should get the payment itself.
BrickLink has to collect onsite fees for certain transactions, since your store
payment method indicates that this is the case, your buyer should only have paid
by PayPal onsite, if they pay by regular PayPal, BrickLink cannot collect the
fees it is required by law to collect, and you should refund a PayPal transaction
if it is not sent onsite by your buyer.
You should not need to worry about getting the amount specified, as the fees
are paid by the buyer on the site, if they paid using the BrickLink onsite method.
As i stated above, if the buyer did not pay by the onsite method, and you receive
a PayPal payment that is not done onsite, refund it, and message the buyer to
use the BrickLink onsite payment method.
I hope that's not too wordy.
Cheers ...
