Could this be a custom printed piece? The yellow lines are thicker and more rounded
on the tips than the black lines on the piece listed in the catalog.

No, it was made by TLG, I know that for certain

It came out of the late Daniel Krentz's personal collection

I used to have a number of them, including the Blacktron computer tile in inverted
colours (pic of an old MOC of mine)
