as many as you can. sales become more consistent when you get closer to 100,000
parts and about 10,000 lots for sales but the more you add the more you sell

as many as you can get your hands on.

| I unfortunately don't get any sales or notifications at all. I press the
button and nothing happens

Just keep listing those parts. Get as many lots as you can. One day you will
wake up and check your store and find a sale and then all your diligent work
will start to pay off.

As others have stated, the more the better. As an example, myself, I will purchase
groups of sets to part out, making it easier to part out the same 100 types of
parts, across all the sets. When it comes to bulk, I'll sort out bulk when
I'm not working my normal job. If there's a down week or something,
I'll take full advantage. When things are slow on BrickLink, like Summer
or Tax time, those are the periods I take the time I usually pull orders in,
and use that for sorting and adding more inventory. Hope you get some use out
of all the responses!
