In all my years of buying on Bricklink I have never come across a store that
only has 1 item for sale with 0% feedback and no domestic shipping methods available
until this morning.
Can anyone please explain to me why someone would have a shop that is open but
not have any domestic shipping methods available?

The item I want to buy is rather rare and expensive but also very small. I am
wondering if I should even trust buying from this store IF the owner of said
store even answers my question.

Presumably they didn't learn to set any methods up.

What date did they add the item to the store? It may be that they have just opened,
or it may be that they added it some time ago, got no interest and have abandoned
the store without adding anything else.
