Hello,

I had a buyer request a quote for an order, and the quote request was automatically
canceled. I know that if the item they were requesting a quote for was bought
by someone else it would cancel the quote, but I have not received an order that
would cause this to happen. The quote request and quote cancellation happened
within the same minute as one another. Can a buyer cancel their own quote request,
or might there be something else going on?

Any help or insight would be appreciated.

Yup buyers can cancelled their own quotes. It may have been placed by accident

Yup buyers can cancelled their own quotes. It may have been placed by accident

When I looked at the help page https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=2437&q=quote
it didn't mention anything such as that, but it has been 4 years since it
was last updated so I was expecting something to have changed.
