Hey everyone!

I've had a store for a brief period but only just figured out how to make
it so all you wonderful people can actually buy stuff(and me be able to ship
it)! So please take a look and let me know if you encounter any problems. If
Mid 90s Western, Medieval, and Pirate are up your alley you might find something
you like! Take these sets off my hands!

Thanks!

I noticed that you describe a few sets as “like new”. This isn’t allowed per
bricklink item listing policy and if reported, the listings will get removed.
My advice would be stick to “good condition “ or similar.

I didn't realize! Thank you so much for pointing it out. I've just changed
all the descriptors to comply with the rules.

Thanks again!

Thanks for the kind greeting! I'm not sure what you mean by intent. I assume
you meant intend in which case I do intend or at least hope to sell all the sets
in my store!

I think he's suggesting that your prices are high - at least one of your
sets is listed at the max price, which is a bit unusual for a new store with
a very small selection.

Thanks for the feedback. At the time I selected my prices I thought I had just
taken the average of sets listed in similar conditions to mine but maybe I failed
to factor in the size of my store. I'll relook at things and maybe that will
create more interest!

If you are Canadian, from whom would you buy this set?

Set No: 6046 Name: Hemlock Stronghold
*
6046-1 (Inv) Hemlock Stronghold
195 Parts, 5 Minifigures, 1996
Sets: Castle: Dark Forest

or

Set No: 6296 Name: Shipwreck Island
*
6296-1 (Inv) Shipwreck Island
201 Parts, 4 Minifigures, 1996
Sets: Pirates: Pirates I
?

Assuming buyers have a strong sense of empathy towards a particular new store:
would they choose a seller with high rating feedbacks and lower price, Canadian
or international or a seller with only one feedback who priced their items high
and has nothing written in the terms of his store?

If you are American, from whom would you buy this set?

If you are from Australia or Asia, from whom would you buy this set?

When I started, my prices were among the lowest (and they still are low) and
the answer to the above questions in regard to my store was "from my store"
but I was wondering why I didn't get enough orders.

I'm very new to selling lego and am not even looking to build a long term
store, only offload sets I no longer want. I'm still figuring all of this
out and appreciate the feedback. I didn't know my prices were high, but you
make some great and valid points. Thanks!

Hey all,

Just wanted to follow up this post by saying that I took the advice of the people
in this thread and cut my prices WAY down. I'd say overall it's close
to 40 % lower. So if the prices were what was stopping you from buying PLEASE
take another look!

Always appreciate the feedback from all of you who've been doing this way
longer than me!

Thanks!
