| Hello everyone
I allow customers to order and wait for an invoice prior to commitment. Primarily
because the shipping in Canada can be very expensive and I am not completely
comfortable with the automated settings at this time.
If a buyer wants to cancel how should I do this. I do not want to impact either
my rating or the customers rating.
Thanks in advance.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Problem Center", then
type in the order ID and click "Proceed".
Or, go directly to: https://www.bricklink.com/retractOrder.asp

If a buyer doesn't initiate the order cancel request themself, you should
be able to do so from the order. There should be a link at the top of the order
page that says something along the lines of "report problem". Since
the buyer hasn't paid, there you can cancel the order.
If you are okay with order cancellations with your buyer, cancel the order and
you can choose to leave feedback or not. I personally with orders that people
request to cancel before payment just cancel the order and leave no feedback.
