| Hello everyone,
I’m brand new to selling on Bricklink. I’ve sold on other online platforms for
years. I recently received my first two Bricklink orders and shipped via PirateShip.
Is there a way to automatically provide tracking to the buyer or do we just copy
and paste to an email for them? I appreciate any help with this. I just want
to provide a seamless experience for my customers.

Go into the actual order. Right at the bottom of screen you will find "edit
order"; in there you can add the tracking info.

For each order:
1 - Go to the order detail page
2 - Click "Edit order" near the bottom
3 - Copy and paste the tracking number in the appropriate field
4 - Edit your "drive thru" template to include tracking information -
the macro (wrapped in less than/greater than signs like an HTML tag) is ORDERTRACKNO

5 - send drive thru message to buyers
Additionally, if you paste the buyer's email address into the appropriate
field when you buy the shipping label, I believe Pirate Ship will send an email
with tracking information (I'm not sure as I've never used this feature).
