| hello I made an order and it was shipped apparently on December 20th and now
its December 27th. I've been trying to message the seller and he still hasn't
gotten back to me.

Seriously? You give them a week during the busiest possible time of the year
for postal services and over a period which includes Public holidays and a weekend.
Give them until after the New Year at least. Learn some patience.
Also, the shop was probably/possibly closed for the Holiday, so don't necessarily
expect a fast response.

Not to mention a once in a generation MASSIVE storm has swept through probably
75% of the United States, causing destruction and delays for who knows how long.
Do you have a tracking number for the order? Sellers typically provide it on
your order page or in the email that says it was shipped.

| You asked about this a couple days ago and haven’t provided any additional info.
Was it shipped via usps ground? Do you have the tracking number? Is it going
through a city where the usps shut down due to weather?
