| I placed an order and paid at the same time. I have the invoice & it was marked
as PAID immediately.
The seller is claiming they did not receive the funds from Bricklink as their
account was inactive at the time. They have therefore not dispatched my items.
They marked the order as Shipped to stop the reminders.
They have asked me to contact Bricklink.
It's not my problem if they've not received the funds, but why have they
not contacted me.
It's been 4 weeks since I placed the order.
I have now marked the order as NSS.
If the seller does not dispatch my order, do I have to wait 2 weeks to cancel
the order?
Will my refund be automatic?

no, the refund is not automatic. you should be able to file a claim with PayPal/your
bank to get the money back

Do you mean PayPal, above? BrickLink doesn't handle funds at all.

You have to wait 2 weeks for the NSS to complete but there's nothing stopping
you from filing a PayPal claim (assuming that's how you paid). In fact you
should do just this.
